Payment

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
All our products are made to order, and production begins as soon as your order is placed.

Right of withdrawal

All items at Re.curated are made to order, created especially for you based on your selected materials, colours and finishes.

According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act §22 (e), these products are not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
This is clearly stated on our product pages, and by completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Delivery time

As all products are made to order, delivery times may vary.

Estimated delivery time is typically 4–12 weeks, depending on the product and manufacturer.
Any updates or changes will be communicated along the way.

Production & logistics

Our products are primarily produced in Australia.
At this time, we do not hold stock in Norway.

Orders are shipped to Norway and the rest of Scandinavia.

Warranty & claims

We follow Norwegian consumer protection laws.

• You are entitled to a 2-year warranty for products intended to last less than two years
• You are entitled to a 5-year warranty for products intended to last significantly longer

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue was discovered, or should reasonably have been discovered.

Damages or issues on delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please:
– keep the original packaging
– include clear photos
– provide a short description of the issue
