Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally, with a primary focus on Scandinavia and Europe. Shipping times depend on the manufacturer, the destination and the freight method chosen.
Once your piece has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available).
Please note:

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

the manufacturer,
-
product size and weight, and
-
destination country.
Large or fragile items may require specialised freight or white-glove delivery. If applicable, we will contact you directly with options before finalising your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect address information.
Pre-Orders & Production Windows
Some items may be available for pre-order. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page, but these may vary depending on production capacity, supplier scheduling or transport availability.
We will always keep you informed of significant changes.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and provide:

clear photos of the damage,

the packaging, and
-
your order number.
Please keep all original packaging until the case is resolved.
We will work with the manufacturer or freight carrier to find the best possible solution.
Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender
If a delivery is missed or refused, and the item is returned to the sender, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded due to failed delivery attempts.
